TERMS OF SERVICE

- I reserve the right to decline any commission 
- Payment will be made up front, if unable to we can talk about half before and half after
-There is a $5 design fee if the client does not provide a drawn character reference 
-Client will not receive the final image until commission is paid in FULL
- I Reserve the right to stop working on a commission due to poor communication or inappropriate behavior
- Revision after the line art stage will be a charge of $5, unless that revision is color related. 
- Small Creatures such as familiars, or Pets will be an additional charge
-I Reserve the right to increase the base price of a commission depending on the complexity of the character or the illustration.  
-  By commissioning me, the Client is purchasing my labor only. I retain all rights to the Commission, which includes but is not limited to: Distribution, reproduction, use of the Commission for Artist promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon. I also retain full copyright for any preliminary designs and incidental works made in the creation of the Commission, unless otherwise agreed upon.
